Hunt big Missouri farmland whitetails during the peak of the rut.  We primarily hunt from elevated blinds catching the deer moving from one area to another.  We have big farmland deer.  Mature deer weigh in excess of 250 lbs live weight.  Bucks scoring 130 to 150 are average adult deer.  The non-resident tags are available over the counter for $145 for the any deer tag, and I encourage you to get two doe tags for $7 each.  The Carroll County Locker is available to process your meat.  Our hunts include meals and lodging.  We have a deer hunter’s breakfast and sandwich fixins for a sack lunch.  Our evening meal will be ready back at the lodge after a long days hunt.
 

     Hunt the big bucks of Missouri with a bow right at the start of the rut.  We have permanent stands set up for you, but as most bow hunters know, you have to be prepared to move in on a buck under current conditions.  I would encourage you to bring a portable stand or two.  Sightings of big deer are often, but getting one with a bow is a definite challenge.  Again our hunt package includes meals and lodging.  The non-resident tag is available over the counter for $145 and includes a buck tag, a doe tag, and a turkey tag.
